sunshine coming in

one of the things i love about my home and classroom is that the sun comes right in.  in the classroom on a winter day, it warms you.  it also lets us turn off the lights and work in daylight.
at home, same thing.
are you getting vitamin d?

  1. I can just imagine you sitting in that comfy chair enjoying some peace in this light. I have this light at the back of my house and love grabbing a moment to soak it up during the day.

  2. Like you, we are really lucky that our house gets lots of natural light. About 3-4 times a week I take a bike ride with the kids, so I think/hope I'm getting plenty of Vitamin D. Good for the mood, right? Love the shot of your home.

  3. actually, a test in december showed I was very low on vitamin D, so I eat a supplement now. I have to try to get more sunlight too.

  9. What a lovely photo ... so relaxing .. makes me want to grab a book and read :) In my home we have curtains and window shades (which pull down so we can let the beautiful sun shine in).
