church

the basilica in northern kentucky is impressive.  begun in 1894, it was left unfinished in 1915.  it's gothic in architecture, and watched over by 26 gargoyles carved in italy.
while there for a graduation i caught these few pictures, but the stained glass alone deserves another visit.
joy to you.

  4. Oh my goodness, that church is beautiful! There is really nothing like sitting in an old church with its amazing architecture and stain glass. Even if you're not religious, the beauty moves you.
