try this at home

recipe for fun:

1.  buy a water balloon kit.  the kit is important because it comes with a little widget that attaches to your hose and makes it very easy to fill the little balloons.

2.  gather your children.  if you don't have children, neighbors or friends will do.

3.  fill as many balloons as you can with water before you run out of patience and need to 

pelt someone.

4.  throw them at your favorite people.
