monday colors

happy monday!  did you fit any play into your weekend?  we did!  even a grown-up evening out with friends and lots of laughing.  a treat.  looking ahead to the end of this week, i will be sure to post a picture of our st. patrick's day readaloud - a classroom tradition.  midweek, we have a field trip - to a local nature center.  joy.
so here's monday's color - the blue of a parking lot and a hovering moon on an evening after a meeting - heading home.
many fine irish adventures to you this week.

  4. Good morning dear. Oh, it was hard to get Callum up this morning. I'm not sure his school has it right having the Monday after Spring Break be the same as the Monday after daylight savings! Hard on moms and dads and kiddos! That is such a gorgeous photo. As we were driving home late Saturday night that stunning moon, deep orange and low in the sky, kept us company. Thank you moon.

  5. I have been seeing many moon photos lately, in its various states of fullness. I stopped to take a photo of mine the other night and thought to myself: We are all seeing the same moon right now. The moon bringing us all together. Pretty neat.

  6. Was thinking of you this weekend - I went to Sydney for a couple of days and I kept thinking to myself Noreen would make a great photo essay out of this - my goal is one day to do a post that is like yours where you create the feeling that we are walking alongside you and you find beauty in the most unexpected places.

  7. Twilight, I love that blue and that time of day. You captured it so beautifully! It's making me think that I should be asleep right now though :-) Joy to you Noreen and goodnight!
